Sega has released a demo of Sonic Generations today for Sonic's 20th birthday. The demo includes the first level of the game, the Green Hill Zone. The game will be available on Xbox Live and PSN for 20 days until July 12, when it will be taken down. Note that a Gold Membership will be required to play on 360 until June 30. Check it out:
