What makes the PC so great? There is a very long list of reasons why one might choose to play a game like Skyrim on the PC versus a console. One of the most significant reasons: modability. Have you found yourself wandering Skyrim and thinking something like "I wish my buddy could run around this world with me".

Now it might actually be possible. Skyrim Online is a mod by awpsoleet that allows players to do just that. Skyrim junkies will be able to play online with their friends and run around the Nordic province together. Trade items, chat, and explore with other players. Although the mod is in the alpha stage, it offers a truly tremendous and impressive start to perhaps the ultimate Skyrim wish come true. As of now, attacking other players won't show visually, but it is working. Players appear as if they were unclothed. Aryan who is over 100 hours into his adventure, and myself (I've just reached the 30 hour mark) will be putting some significant testing into this mod.
